Calling all Book Reviewers and Interviewers

Hi, all,

For any reviewers, interviewers, and/or book world folks who would like to consider my upcoming collection, Crocodile Tears Didn’t Cause the Flood (Montag Press), for coverage in 2024, ARCs are ready! Woohoo!

This collection is experimental in form. It’s fun. It’s sad. It’s wild. It’s slim. It’s my best work, and I’m very, very excited about it releasing soon.

The book’s received some very kind blurbs from Alexander Weinstein, Becky Hagenston, Andrew Siegrist, and Nathan Elias. (All are excellent writers who you should check out if you haven’t, by the way.) Here’s the official synopsis of Crocodile Tears:

“Bradley Sides merges the South with the weird in his latest collection of magical realism short stories, Crocodile Tears Didn’t Cause the Flood. Here, a boy creates a guide to his beloved pond monster, a parent weighs the consequences of the coming apocalypse, a man protects a jar of delicate moths, a test taker fearlessly faces death, a young woman rejects ownership of her vampire family’s farm, a father leaves a letter for his ghost daughter, and a flood of broken robots sparks pure joy. Full of grief, loss, and, somehow, even hope, Sides’ fantastic stories boldly and tenderly explore the complexities of humanity.”

If you are interested in receiving an early copy for any coverage potential, please don’t hesitate to reach out to my wonderful publicist, Lori (at TNBBC).

Good times ahead. And thank you to any and all who are interested in my work!
